Help with account access, profiles, messaging, reporting, product discovery, privacy and account deletion.
Account access
Use Forgot password for email accounts. Apple and Google accounts should use the same sign-in provider originally used for the account.
Safety and reporting
Use Report or Block from the relevant profile or post. Message requests can be accepted or declined before a conversation is opened.
Delete your account
Open Profile, then Account, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the external account deletion page.
